How to Delete/Cancel Boom Beach Account Permanently
Before we proceed you should know that you can delete your account through the app by contacting Boom Beach customer support.
Follow the below steps to get it:
Step 1. Tap to open your Boom Beach app.
Step 2. Go to “Settings”
Step 3. Go to “Help and Support”
Step 4. Fill the contact form accordingly and also stating clearly that you want to delete your account.
That’s it. A deletion confirmation mail will be sent to you within 24hrs.
Note that once your data or profile is deleted from Boom Beach database you may not be able to retrieve them in the future. So, don’t be in a haste here.
