Removing your credit card from Faceit doesn’t come so easy as there is no “X” sign that removes your details when you tap on it even though this is a norm on many other apps.
So, we found a way to do that and in this article I’m sharing with you.
Follow the steps below:
To get your card details removed you need to open a support ticket on the Faceit website. Opening a support ticket is simple.
- Click HERE to open ticket.
- You’ll see a form, enter your email address registered on Faceit in the “Your email address” field.
- Select “Contact reason” to be “Account and Game Management”
- In the description field state clearly that you want your card removed.
- Click on “Submit”
- You’ll be asked to log in, do so and your request will be submitted.
Alternatively, you can delete your Faceit account which deletes your card alongside all your date from the Faceit database.
