Among many reasons people want to delete their Surveytime account is, when they no longer want to do surveys on Surveytime.

Another very common reason is when they don’t want to keep receiving emails from the company and of course, you can stop Surveytime from sending you emails by deleting your account.

How to Delete Surveytime account.

You can delete your Surveytime account by sending an email request:

1. Login to your email address and click “Compose” to write a new mail.
2. Title it “Request to Delete my Surveytime Account”
3. Compose your mail stating you want to delete or close your account. See a sample of deletion mail HERE.
4. After composing your mail, forward it to support@surveytime.io

Alternatively, you can delete your account when you log in.

1. Log into your account.
2. Go to “Settings“.
3. Select  “Opt Out“.
4. Then wait for reply in your email on your account deletion. Account deletion is processed within 24hours to 10 working days.
