(I) Delete through Microsoft web form:
UHRS is owned by Microsoft. To delete your UHRS account:
- Visit Microsoft support page.
- Sign in to your account
- Input the verification code sent to your mobile line
- Agree with the terms and conditions
- Click reason why you want to close your account
- Tab Mark account for closure
Note : Deleting your UHRS account directly from Microsoft web form will also delete every other accounts you have with Microsoft. So, to avoid this, delete your UHRS account by:
(II). Contacting UHRS contractors, such as Teemwork and Lionbridge/TELUS. You must have registered through them. Check the vendor you register with and contact them for your UHRS account deletion.
