Before we proceed you should know that you can delete your account by sending a request to the customer support.

Follow the below steps to get it:

Step 1. Visit this link: https://support.latitudepay.com/hc/en-au/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001448814

Step 2. Input your email address in the email address field.

Step 3. In the subject field input “Request to Delete LatitudePay Account”

Step 4. Also in the description field state clearly that you want your account deleted. Fill other fields accordingly with correctinformation.

Step 5. Click submit button.

That’s it. Your account will be deleted under 24hrs.

Note that once your data or profile is deleted from LatitudePay database you may not be able to retrieve them in the future. So, don’t be in a haste here.
