How to Delete Jpay Account Permanently

Before we proceed you should know that you can delete your account by sending a deletion mail to Jpay customer support.

Follow the below steps to get it:

Step 1. Log into your Jpay account.

Step 2. Click on “My Account”

Step 3. Scroll down to “Payment Methods” and click.

Step 4. Choose “DELETE”

Alternatively, you can fill a form on Jpay requesting account deletion.

Follow the steps below:

Step 1. Follow this link: “https://www.jpay.com/contactform.aspx”

Step 2. Fill in you first and last in the appropriate fields and as registered on Jpay. Put your email address.

Step 3. In the message field, state clearly that you want your account deleted.

Step 4. Click the “Submit” button.

That’s it.

Note that once your data or profile is deleted from Jpay database you may not be able to retrieve them in the future. So, don’t be in a haste here.
