How to Delete/Cancel BoomPlay Account Permanently

There are 2 ways to delete your account:

• By sending deletion request through mail.
• By contacting customer support on the BoomPlay website.

How to Delete your Account through Mail

Follow the below steps to get it:

Step 1. Login to your email address registered on BoomPlay and click “Compose” or “Create” to write a new mail.

Step 2. Title it “Request to Delete BoomPlay Account”

Step 3. Compose your mail stating you want to delete or close your account. See sample mail, click HERE.

Step 4. After composing your mail forward it to support.boomplay@transsnet.com.

How to Delete your Account through BoomPlay website

Visit the FAQ page: https://www.boomplaymusic.com/helpfaq

Get to the end of the page, there you find a form. Select “Other” in the category field.

In the message field start with “Request to Delete BoomPlay Account” followed by a message stating clearly that you want your account deleted.

Finally, input your email address registered on BoomPlay in the email address “Field”

That’s it.

Note that once your data or profile is deleted from BoomPlay database you may not be able to retrieve them in the future. So, don’t be in a haste here.
