How to Delete Paxum Account
Steps required to delete a Paxum account:
1. Log in to your Paxum account.
2. Go to the ‘Settings’ tab.
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on ‘Close Account’.
4. Click on ‘Yes, I want to close my account’.
5. Confirm the request by entering your Paxum password.
6. Your account will be closed and you will be logged out.
Alternatively, you can delete your account by sending a mail to customer support.
- Login to your email address and click “Compose” to write a new mail.
- Title it “Request to Delete my Paxum Account”
- Compose your mail stating you want to delete or close your account. See a sample of deletion mail HERE.
- After composing your mail, forward it to Support@paxum.com
