How to Delete/Close Plus500 Account (Profile)

Before now, you could request for account deletion by reaching out to Plus500 customer support. But that has changed as Plus500 customer support are no longer responding to mails.

Follow the below steps:

Step 1. First go to Plus500 “Contact Us” page. Click HERE to do that. There you will find a contact form to fill.

Step 2. Fill in the form according, make sure to provide your email address registered with Plus500 in the “email address” field.

Step 3. Choose “Other Issues” as your query type.

Step 4. Compose your message stating clearly that you want to delete your account.

Step 5. Finally, click on “Send Query” to send your message.

That’s it.

Note that once your data or profile is deleted from Plus500 database you may not be able to retrieve them in the future. So, don’t be in a haste here.
