Follow the steps below:

Step1. Go to this link: https://www.luno.com/help/en/tickets/new?category_id=17

Step2. Input your email address registered on Luno in the email address field.

Step3. There on the next page you see a form with the subject field pre-filled with “I would like to close my Account”

Step 4. Compose your mail stating you want to delete or close your account. See sample mail, click HERE.

Step 5. Finally, click “Send”

That’s it. Your account will be deleted and a confirmation mail will be sent to you.

Don’t forget that upon completion of your delete request, all your information stored on Luno database will be gone and cannot be retrieved.
